No good ideas about how to surprise you best friend forever? Well, I guess you have searched all over the net on what present you would give. So, to end up your dilemma , I'll give you this few suggestions.

Write a letter. It's cheap yet it shows how you are sincere to your best friend. You could add designs to upgrade your simple letter.
You could be creative to make any gift to your best bud.

Since you know well your BFF, inviting her crush is also a good idea . (If that's possible) kekeke ^^ Surprise her in celebrating her birthday out of town or in a cafe where you could spend your time.
